At Beko Replacement Parts, we want to ensure your home appliances are running perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your parts within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Compatibility
Ensure the part is in its original, uninstalled condition and matches the model number of your Beko appliance to qualify for a full refund.
- 2.Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and use a sturdy outer box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Ship and Track
Send your package using a carrier that provides tracking information and retain the receipt until your refund has been processed by our billing department.
